HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU GUYS?

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?

If you purchased an unframed art print then they are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages. If you have purchased the art prints with a frame then they are professionally framed and the artwork will be ready to hang right out of the box

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your folder, as emails sometimes end uo there by accident.

I DIDNT RECIEVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at SHOP@GALLERYGRAPHIX.COM to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order

WHAT IF THE ORDER I LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

CAN I ORDER ANY ARTWORK WIITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGN?

We are open to offer customer work within reason. Also if there is a specific dimension you are looking for please email SHOP@GALLERYGRAPHIX.COM so we can discuss this further and see if there is a possibility.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Gallery Graphix, every piece of art is made-to-order, produced specifically for you by our trusted print partner. As each item is custom printed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or buyer’s remorse.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDER

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following: Your order number, Clear photos showing the issue (including packaging if damaged)Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
